While ordering, customers are requested to make full payment in advance towards the selected items of their choice and enable us to book your consignment for delivery.
A customer is entitled to cancel his order for genuine reasons if he does so with-in an hour of placing the order.
This can be done either online (LINK for Online Cancellation) or by calling our Customer Care Number (Please provide the telephone Number). Please specify the Order Number while you make the cancelation.

If you find any of our commodities in a state of damage (Damages caused to the package during transportation, Cause of Fungus, Item/Quantity mismatch, Expiration of shelf-life Etc.) we vouch to replace the same upon return of the commodity to us within a period of 15 days and upon the receipt of the same, we will dispatch you the commodity afresh.
In case you prefer a refund if the necessity couldn’t be met because of the commodity got damaged, upon receipt of the commodity from your end, we will refund your money.
The money incurred for dispatching the damaged goods to our address also will be refunded in such an event.
